　本事業は、東京のスタートアップエコシステムの発展に向け、アジアをはじめとする有望なスタートアップに対して、サステナブルな社会の実現を目指す東京の市場としての魅力や官民の支援策のＰＲ等、情報発信を行います。

This project disseminates information—including promotional outreach—highlighting Tokyo’s attractiveness as a market committed to realizing a sustainable society, as well as public- and private-sector support measures, targeting promising startups from Asia and beyond, with the aim of fostering the development of Tokyo’s startup ecosystem.

スタートアップエコシステムのグローバル化に向けた官民支援事業等調査報告書 /Report on the Study of Public–Private Support Programs for the Globalization of Japan’s Startup Ecosystem

　東京都は、東京の経済成長のドライバーとなるスタートアップの挑戦を全力で後押しするため、世界一スタートアップフレンドリーな都市を目指しています。
　日本のスタートアップがグローバル市場で成長するためには、東京のスタートアップエコシステムのグローバル化を進め、世界の挑戦者が集い共創できる環境を構築することが不可欠です。
　そのためには、海外スタートアップとの連携を見据え、国内の民間企業や行政機関等が提供するスタートアップ向けのサポートを調査し、エコシステムの強みを発信していくことが必要です。
　こうした観点から、今般、国内の事業者による支援の現状を整理し、東京のスタートアップエコシステムの強化とグローバルな共創の促進に資することを目的として、報告書を取りまとめました。

Tokyo aims to become the world’s most startup-friendly city by fully supporting the challenges undertaken by startups that serve as key drivers of the city’s economic growth.
For Japanese startups to grow in the global market, it is essential to further globalize Tokyo’s startup ecosystem and to build an environment in which innovators from around the world can come together and co-create.
To achieve this, it is necessary to survey startup support measures provided by domestic private companies and public institutions, with a view toward collaboration with overseas startups, and to disseminate information highlighting the strengths of Tokyo’s startup ecosystem.
From this perspective, Tokyo has compiled this report with the aim of organizing the current state of support provided by domestic organizations and contributing to the strengthening of Tokyo’s startup ecosystem and the promotion of global co-creation.
